International Shipping
International shipping costs are totally dependant on your location and the weight of the box the jacks are shipped in. These costs cannot be determined on this order form.
Shipping costs for international orders usually range between $50 and $100. lf you would like a more accurate estimate of shipping cost
before ordering, send me an email at
enm@ernestmillerharpsichords.com with your name, address, and the number of jacks you need, and I will email you with the shipping cost to your country.
Please fill out the form and submit it.
You will be invoiced for the price of the jacks without shipping costs included When I receive the order I will find the least expensive method of shipping
and send you a second invoice that includes the shipping cost only. You will be able to pay for the shipping by clicking the blue PAY button on the top of the
invoice. You do not need a PayPal account.
How to Order
- Click the Order Form button on the bottom of this page. It may take a couple of seconds for the form to appear.
- Fill out the form
- If you're ordering a number of individual jacks, be sure to indicate the number of jacks in the quantity box.
- Use the Comments box to enter any special requirements as to the number and type of jacks you need
- Click the 'Place Your Order' button on the bottom of the form.
- You will be taken to Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order.
- If you don't have PayPal account, when PayPal comes on screen click 'Pay with Debit card or Credit card.'
- On the bottom of the screen, be sure to fill in your email address. PayPal will send your receipt to this address.
- When the form is filled out click the 'Pay Now' button.
- Close the Jack Order Form tab on the top of the screen.
